This is to easy to make yet such a delightful diversion from the bog standard kebab offerings.
You will need (serves 2):
500g of diced chicken or pork.
2 Diced yellow or orange bell peppers
Diced protein: Traditionally this is chicken or pork.
1. Marinade your meat in around 3 tablespoons of the blend.
2. Leave for an hour.
3. Thread onto skewers.
4. Cook until internal temperature of the meat is 74 degrees Celcius.
