This is to easy to make yet such a delightful diversion from the bog standard kebab offerings.
You will need (serves 2):
500g of diced chicken or pork.2
Diced yellow or orange bell peppers Diced protein:
1. Marinade your meat in around 3 tablespoons of the blend.
2. Leave for an hour.
3. Thread onto skewers.
4. Cook on a gentle direct heat until internal temperature of the meat is 74 degrees Celcius.
