This is your traditional Chinese takeaway salt and pepper blend - turned up to 11! Other blends will use inferior ingredients but, as well as the traditional szechuan pepper we added gochujang for a smoky and sweet zing to it. Try it - you won't regret it!

Absolutely amazing on pork ribs, belly, chicken wings, chips or vegetables. Versatile - just add a little oil, rub and roast, air fry or grill.

How long is delivery?

We dispatch on the same working day - Monday to Friday. Our courier collects at around 11am so any orders placed after 10am will probably go the following day. 92% of our deliveries arrive within 2 days of the courier collecting them.
