This is your traditional Chinese takeaway salt and pepper blend - turned up to 11!  Other blends will use inferior ingredients but, as well as the traditional szechuan pepper we added gochujang for a smoky and sweet zing to it.  Try it - you won't regret it!

Absolutely amazing on pork ribs, belly, chicken wings, chips or vegetables.  Versatile - just add a little oil, rub and roast, air fry or grill.  

Better than your takeaway, lower price, more control over the quality of the cook... what's not to like?
