Get Instagram-worthy black bark on your brisket!

Try it with a Alabama Fries or many of the other side dishes in our Free Easy BBQ Side Dishes e-book.

We let the meat and the BBQ do most of the work - as you should with brisket. But we help it along the way with a little bit of Smoke and Flame Magic to give you that blackened crust that everyone wants all over their socials!

Full cooking instructions can be found here.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all orders on the next working day. The courier collects at around 11am so any orders placed after 10am will probably go the following day. 92% of our orders arrive within 2 days of the courier collecting them.

How long is the Best Before Date?

Spices purchased on SmokeAndFlame.Net will have a minimum of 12 months BBE date. Most of the time it's much longer as we ensure all of our products use only the freshest ground whole spices.
