We've been a fan of Tom's (@The_Northern_Smoker) Smoked Sea Salt for some time now so when the opportunity arose to do a collaboration together, we didn't hang about!

For those that love their meals drenched in smoke, this great all-rounder builds upon the fundamentals of a Salt, Pepper, Garlic blend - suitable for all cuts of meat - and turns it up to 11. 

Tom smoked delicate flakes of sea salt over cedar for 4 hours before boxing it up and sending it off to us.  Ideal for brisket, ribs, chicken - even as a pit bean seasoning!
