Our charred hispi cabbage spice blend is a carefully crafted combination that brings the full-bodied aroma of garlic and the deep, smoky undertones of paprika to the forefront. When these spices, with the heat of the chilli blend, are rubbed onto the cabbage and grilled, they create a beautifully charred exterior with a succulent, flavourful core.

In this blend, the shared compound limonene stands out, particularly found in the zest of the lime. This aromatic terpene is known for its fresh, citrusy fragrance - it complements the paprika and garlic, adding a light, refreshing lift that contrasts the richness of the other spices.
