The deep heat of Korean Gochugaru Pepper contrasts the sour notes of this medium heat rub.  Slow roast the Korean pork belly strips in the oven or cook them quick on the grill - then eat them as they come or top them with honey or teriyaki glaze for an extra layer of umami complexity.

Infused with the vibrant heat of gochugaru pepper and the pungent aroma of onion and garlic, our seasoning creates a robust and savoury base for your pork belly. The smoky richness of smoked paprika and the nuttiness of sesame add depth and complexity to the blend, while mustard and diastatic malt provide a hint of sweet tanginess.

Despite being moderately hot, we've added layers of complexity via ancho and Szechuan chilli, adding a variety of peppers that will tantalize your taste buds.
